Return & Exchange Policy

Vibrant Elegance happily accepts returns or exchanges on eligible items within 7 days from the date your order was delivered for store credit only.

Eligible items must be:

• Unused
• Undamaged
• Unopened
• Defective upon arrival

Approved returns will receive a Vibrant Elegance store credit.

Please Note:

• MagSafe rings and wallets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
• All preorder items and sale items are final sale.
• Non-MagSafe phone cases are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

Our Non-MagSafe phone cases are custom made specifically for each customer. Because these products are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect phone model selections, wrong sizes, or design choices. Please double-check your phone model and order details before completing your purchase.

Items returned damaged, used, or without original packaging may not qualify for store credit.
